The Managing Director of Sabon Gari Market Commends Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for Reinstating Emir Muhammadu Sanusi
In a recent interview with members of the press, the Managing Director of Sabon Gari Market, Alhaji Abdul Bashir Hussein, extended his heartfelt salutations to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for fulfilling his promise to reinstate Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II to his rightful throne.
The announcement comes as part of the celebrations marking the one-year anniversary of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s administration.
Alhaji Abdul Bashir Hussein expressed his gratitude towards Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, emphasizing that the decision to reinstate Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II resonated deeply with the people of Kano.
He lauded the Governor as a true leader of the people, consistently delivering on his commitments and undertaking impactful developmental projects that directly benefit the citizens of the state.
Highlighting the progress made under the current leadership of Sabon Gari Market, Alhaji Abdul Bashir Hussein acknowledged the pivotal role of the state government in achieving these milestones.
Despite facing financial challenges upon assuming office, he spearheaded initiatives such as the establishment of security and peace committees, as well as the inauguration of a new office for the security and civil defence corps within the market premises.
Additionally, the Managing Director took the opportunity to congratulate Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, Deputy Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, and the entire executive council on the successful completion of their first year in office.
