
The Katsina state governor Aminu Bello Masari has inspected the ongoing twenty eight kilomiter kafur- Bugawa–Kagara-Mahuta road. awarded to Mother Cat Nigeria.
The governor in company of his Deputy QS Mannir Yakubu took time to quantify the work so far done.
Aminu Masari spotted consultant Engineers, working hand in hand with the project manager of the construction firm in ensuring the project is up to standard.
Briefing the governor the director from the state ministry of works Engineer Kabir Isma’il said the road project awarded at the cost of over four point two Billion naira covered some culverts & two Major bridges.
Engineer Kabir Isma’il however said all the six box culverts had been completed.
According to him, the major bridges set out would be commenced as soon as the soil inspection is completed.
On his part, the project manager of the construction firm Mr Maroon promised to adhere to the contract agreement.
He assured to commence work on the major bridges after the soil inspection.
