Top figures of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have formally presented Certificates of Return to newly elected members of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC), signaling a fresh push for unity and expansion.
Chairman of the Convention Committee, Aminu Bello Masari, alongside Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni, led the presentation, commending the party leadership for entrusting them with the responsibility of delivering a successful convention.
Both leaders congratulated the newly elected officials and urged them to deepen internal democracy while strengthening the party’s structures nationwide.
APC National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda, hailed the exercise as one of the most peaceful and well-organised conventions in Nigeria’s political history, noting the absence of disputes or litigation.
He pledged to ensure stability within the party, expand its reach, and carry every member along, with a firm commitment to winning elections from the presidency down to state assemblies.
