Key Initiatives:Sesame Processing Plant: Set to rise at the Katsina State Green Economic Zone, this facility will boost sesame production and exports.
Seed Multiplication Center: Located at Songhai Farm in Funtua, it aims to provide farmers with high-quality seeds for enhanced yields.
Farmer Outgrower Program: Expanded to offer training, inputs, and market access to smallholder farmers.
Commodity Exchange Platform: Introduced to ensure price transparency and better market access.
Governor Radda praised AFEX’s dedication, highlighting, “This partnership is a crucial step towards making Katsina an investment magnet and driving our agricultural revolution.
