The Katsina State Government has allocated more than ₦30 billion to bolster security across the state, according to the Commissioner for Security, Nasiru Mu’azu Danmusa.
This substantial investment is part of Governor Dikko Radda’s ongoing commitment to combating insecurity and restoring peace to troubled areas.
Commissioner Danmusa highlighted that the funds have been directed towards equipping security forces, enhancing intelligence operations, and supporting community-based initiatives aimed at preventing crime.
He emphasized that the state’s proactive measures are yielding positive results, with a notable decrease in banditry and other criminal activities.
Danmusa reiterated the government’s resolve to continue prioritizing the safety and well-being of its citizens, assuring that no stone will be left unturned in the fight against insecurity in Katsina State.
