The Command succeeded in arresting (1) Aliya Sulaiman, ‘m’, 17 years of Malaku village of Rimi LGA, Katsina. (2) Ahmadu Sulaiman, ‘m’, 25 years old of Kaware, Yargamji village, Batagarawa LGA. (3) Bashir Saddi, ‘m’, 27 years old of Makera, Yargamji village of Batagarawa LGA. (4) Shamsuddeen Salisu Kurfi, ‘m’, 50 years of Kurfi LGA. (5) Alkasim Musa, ‘m’, 18 years, of Kofar Marusa Quarters, Katsina. (6) Sani Ibrahim, ‘m’, 18 years of Bayan Masallacin Idi, Tudun Yanlihidda Quarters, Katsina.
Suspects were arrested by Police operatives at Yargamji market, upon instant search, large quantity of dried leaves suspected to be Indian Hemp and spirit solution were found in their possession.
In the course of investigation, the suspects confessed to the commission of the offence and further stated that they are dealers of the substances.
