Katsina Leaders Unite in Prayer for Governor Radda’s Late Mother

Muslim leaders at the Radda Jumaat Mosque, led by Chief Imam Malam Liman Mamuda, organized a special prayer session for the repose of Hajiya Safara’u Umaru Baribari, the late mother of Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda.

The solemn gathering witnessed the presence of Governor Radda, his deputy Malam Faruk Lawal Jobe, Speaker of the House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Nasir Yahaya Daura, and Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Architect Ahmed Musa Dangiwa. Also in attendance were top government functionaries, including the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Alhaji Abdulkadir Nasir Mamman, and Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Abdullahi Garba Faskari.

Distinguished guests such as Alhaji Muntaka Badaru Jikamshi of the Sokoto Rima River Basin Development Authority, Rahamawa’s MD Alhaji Abdulrahman Musa Bashir, and House of Representatives Member Abubakar Yahya Kusada joined the prayers, alongside prominent business figures like Alhaji Adamu Atta of Matad Group and Alhaji Sheriff Balogun of Shebag Holdings.

The prayer session reflected unity, faith, and deep respect for the late matriarch, as Katsina’s political, business, and religious leaders came together in solemn remembrance.
