The Kaltungo Chiefdom host its annual cultural festival, a vibrant event celebrating the rich diversity and cultural heritage of its people. Scheduled for December 28, 2024, the festival promises to showcase the unique traditions of the chiefdom’s many ethnic communities, fostering a spirit of unity and cooperation.

The Kaltungo Carnival, held annually, is more than just a social gathering. It serves as a platform to strengthen peace, unity, and socio-economic development within the chiefdom and the state at large.

His Royal Highness, the Mai Kaltungo, Engr.Sale Muhammad Umar (OON), Deputy Chairman Gombe State Council of Emirs and Chiefs and the entire people of the chiefdom extend an open invitation to all to experience the cultural wealth and communal harmony of their homeland.

The 2024 edition of the carnival organized under the able leadership of Hajiya Sa’adatu Mustapha, popularly known as Alkebban Kaltungo, who serves as the chairperson of the organizing committee.

Her efforts, supported by a team of dedicated individuals, aim to ensure the festival not only preserves cultural values but also promotes social and economic benefits for the community.
