Kaduna state head of service Hajiya Habiba A Shekarau, has described the two days capacity building for all staff officers working with MDA’s as a tool to move the state forward.
Hajiya Habiba Shekarau revealed this during an interview with news men in Kaduna.
Saying the capacity building is on record keeping and procedures in the government service because there is the need to remind all the civil servants on what us needed for them to do.
“we need to have a civil servants that are equipped with the knowledge that they must have during their service by building their capacity about the policies of government so that they can translate the policies to the people”.

Narrating how they feel about the workshop the participants, Nayi Dauda from the office of head of service Kaduna state and Augusting Abui all revealed their happiness for attending the workshop, saying that their capacity must be improved.
