Virgil van Dijk is going nowhere. The Liverpool captain has reached a full agreement to extend his stay at Anfield, with a new contract set to run until June 2027.
All terms of the deal have been finalised and legally approved, with the Dutch defensive rock expected to put pen to paper before the season ends.
This extension cements Van Dijk’s place at the heart of Liverpool’s future under the club’s next chapter, following the confirmed renewal of Mohamed Salah.
