Amid security threats, humanitarian challenges, and development hurdles, his administration has transformed tragedy into triumph, despair into determination. With every school rebuilt, every displaced family resettled, and every insurgency-hit town reclaimed, the message is loud and clear:
Lake Chad Basin will never fall — and Borno shall rise again, Insha Allah.
