Seminars, trainings and workshops scheduled by the National Judicial Institute for the 1st quarter of 2024, which greatly and positively impacted on the performance of our Judges, Magistrates and staff of the High Court,
She also recalled three major problems highlighted at the last ministerial briefing before it’s reintroduction this year, which included inadequate number of High Court Judges and the urgent need for appointment of more Judges.
The other two problems were marginalization of judiciary staff in appointments of Permanent Secretaries, and inadequate funding namely mandatories for day to day running of the High Court which, she said, has already been considered.
“So, I can safely and confidently conclude that the administration of His Excellency, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has done and is doing a lot for the High Court of Justice for the benefit of the good people of Bauchi State”, Fatima concluded.
