The battle of brains at the 2025 NILDS National Quiz Competition in Bauchi ended with Government Secondary School (GSS) Bulkachuwa clinching the coveted first prize, outsmarting tough rivals in a display of brilliance and confidence.
Trailing closely behind, Government Secondary School Gamawa secured second place, while Government Girls Secondary School Dagauda proudly took third position.
Interestingly, the winning school hails from the constituency of Hon. Dr. Nasiru Ahmed Ala Chinade, Chairman of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Committee on Education — a victory that underscores his constituency’s growing reputation for academic excellence.
With this triumph, GSS Bulkachuwa will now carry Bauchi State’s banner at the zonal stage of the competition, a challenge many believe will further cement the state’s rising profile in educational development.
As the students celebrate their success, Bauchi beams with pride, seeing in them a promise of brighter days for education in the state.
