Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, has proudly decorated his Aide-De-Camp (ADC), Ashigar Baba Kulbu, with the prestigious rank of Superintendent of Police (SP).
The brief but symbolic ceremony, held at the Government House in Maiduguri, saw Governor Zulum joined by Borno State Commissioner of Police, Lawal Muhammad Yusufu, in acknowledging Ashigar’s exemplary service.
