The Executive Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD CON, made a heartfelt visit to Katsina State pilgrims observing the 2024 Hajj in Mina.
Governor Radda, extending his warm Eid-l-Kabir greetings, congratulated the pilgrims on their successful completion of the Hajj rites.
In a display of compassion and solidarity, Governor Radda urged the Muslim Ummah to fervently pray for lasting tranquility and progress in Katsina State and Nigeria at large.
