The Katsina State Government has expressed profound sadness over the brutal attack in Gidan Boka village, Kankara LGA, which claimed the lives of 26 people, including security personnel.
Extending heartfelt condolences, Governor Dikko Umaru Radda stands with the bereaved families, praying for the souls of the departed.
Governor Radda acknowledged the attack as a major setback in the state’s security efforts but reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering commitment to eradicating banditry.
He lauded the relentless efforts of security forces and announced an increase in security presence and enhanced intelligence gathering in vulnerable areas.
