Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda has mandated daily supervision of the multi-billion naira Eastern Bypass Dual Carriageway Project.
During an inspection marking his first year in office, Radda emphasized strict adherence to specifications and timely completion.
Promising regular personal inspections, Radda announced that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu would officially flag off the 24-kilometer project.
Commissioner of Works Engineer Sani Magaji Ingawa confirmed the project, awarded to a reputable firm, is set for an 18-month completion period.
The road will link Umaru Musa Yaradua Junction with Yandaki Town.
