Katsina State Governor and Chairman of the Northwest Governors’ Forum, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has congratulated the Governor of Kwara State and Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), Malam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on his 66th birthday.
Governor Radda described Governor AbdulRazaq as a calm, focused, and purposeful leader whose impact is clearly felt across Kwara State and Nigeria.
He praised his leadership of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, noting that he has strengthened unity among governors and promoted collective solutions to national challenges.
According to Governor Radda, the NGF under AbdulRazaq has remained a strong voice for development, good governance, and cooperation with the Federal Government.
Governor Radda also commended the visible infrastructure transformation in Kwara State, especially the extensive road network that has improved movement, boosted commerce, and opened up communities.
He applauded Kwara’s bold steps in education through the Kwara LEARN programme, which has improved learning outcomes, strengthened teachers’ capacity, and restored confidence in public education.
The Katsina Governor further acknowledged the social investment programmes of the Kwara State Government, aimed at reducing poverty and supporting the most vulnerable members of society.
Governor Radda said these achievements reflect Governor AbdulRazaq’s deep commitment to people-focused governance and sustainable development.
He wished him good health, renewed strength, and many more years of impactful service to Kwara State and the nation.
