Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD CON, has been awarded the prestigious Distinguished Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration of Nigeria (CIoTA).
This esteemed recognition, conferred by CIoTA’s President Prince Segun Ochuko Obayendo, highlights Governor Radda’s exceptional contributions to the transport sector, extending beyond Katsina State.
