Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has hailed his predecessor, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari, for receiving the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the ThisDay/Arise TV Awards in Lagos, describing it as a well-deserved recognition of his decades of public service.
Governor Radda praised Masari’s remarkable contributions to Nigeria’s governance, from his tenure as Speaker of the House of Representatives to his eight-year leadership as Katsina State Governor, and his current role as Board Chairman of TETFund.
“This award is not just about Masari; it’s a celebration of a legacy of service that has shaped Katsina and Nigeria,” Radda stated, adding that the recognition brings honor and pride to Katsina State.
He urged the elder statesman to continue using his experience and wisdom to drive national development, inspiring future generations of leaders.
