Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, returned to Katsina this morning after attending a special Federal Executive Council session held in honour of the late President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
On his entourage were Yusuf Buhari, the son of the late President, and other members of the Buhari family.
Upon arrival at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua Airport, Governor Radda was warmly received by top government officials including senior aides, and loyal supporters.
