NNPP Chieftain Buba Galadima has cautioned President Bola Tinubu to tread carefully in Kano’s political arena.
Speaking to Arise News on Monday, Galadima emphasized the volatile nature of Kano politics, suggesting it could jeopardize Tinubu’s presidency if mishandled.
Galadima revealed that influential Kano politicians recently sought Tinubu’s intervention in a legal dispute between Kano Governor Abba Yusuf and APC candidate Nasiru Gawuna.
He likened the potential fallout to the prolonged Boko Haram insurgency, asserting that Tinubu might face similar turbulence if he interferes.”Kano politics is uniquely contentious.
It can dismantle presidencies,” Galadima stated, drawing from his experience during the NPN era.
He advised Tinubu to avoid becoming embroiled in the state’s intricate political dynamics to safeguard his administration.
