Former Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Captain Musa Nuhu, has vehemently refuted allegations published by The Sun newspaper on May 17, 2024.

The article claimed he was to be arraigned by the EFCC on graft charges.

In a stern statement issued by Chamo & Isma’il Chamber, Captain Nuhu’s legal representatives, the publication was labeled as “factually incorrect” and accused of causing significant damage to his professional reputation and personal well-being.
