The Chairman of Fika Local Government Area of Yobe State Hon Abdul Bukar Gadaka, has called on all members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Fika Local government Area to do away with grievances and unite to move the party and state forward.
He disclosed this while speaking with Journalists shortly after the meeting in his office today, he urged them to be more united now than ever to enable Governor Mai Mala Buni to develop the state accordingly.
“According to him, the reason for our meeting is to bring all the political actors of APC In Fika Local government area together as one family and unity among the Chieftains.”
He added that, ” Let me inform you that, Almighty Allah answered our prayers and we all have to be united going forward in 2027 general elections.
He advised them to look up to the bigger picture which, according to him, was the party and the government of Mai Mala Buni administration.
Gadaka also feature some of the APC men in the local government who were also advised to work for peace and success of the party in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
He promised to close ranks and work for the success of APC under the leadership of the State party chairman Mohammed Gadaka for the growth and development of Yobe State.
He described that, to reconcile aggressive members of the party to work together in order to win all seats both National and state house of assembly against forthcoming general elections.
He noted that, the existence of some dissenting voices within the party, who, according to him, feel things should be done differently.
Gadaka said that, such not be allowed to continue if the party must remain focused to the change it promised the people of the State.
” Let me tell you that, Personality I don’t have any problem with anyone in Fika Local government, we are working together as a family. But am sure some of us have one issues with another. I will initiate without any waste of time genuine reconciliation among the party members” said Gadaka.
He assured party members that, he would initiate a genuine reconciliation among them in order to strengthen the party emerge.
