Katsina, notorious terrorist kingpin Usman Modi Modi, alias “Kartakwa,” met his end along with four accomplices during a clash between rival factions.
The conflict, erupting at 2:00 PM, pitted the infamous Usman Modi Modi from Kanta Camp against Abdulkarim Faca Faca from Marina Camp, as reported by a reliable source familiar with the situation.
The casualties from Usman Modi Modi’s camp included his lieutenant Mankare, Gunki Ummadau, Dogo Jabi Birinya Bayan Dutsin from Kurfi LGA, and Harisu Babba Yauni from Safana LGA, highlighting the intense nature of the confrontation.
Source detailed the reign of terror inflicted by Usman Modi Modi and his associates in Safana and Kurfi LGAs, contrasting them with Abdulkarim Faca Faca’s group, known for similar atrocities in Marina, Safana, and Batsari LGAs.
