FG Moves In on YSU Road as Damaturu Gets Fresh Infrastructure Boost

The long-awaited rehabilitation of the Yobe State University Road in Damaturu has commenced under the direct supervision of the Federal Ministry of Works, bringing renewed hope to residents, students, and motorists in the Yobe State capital.

The project, executed in line with Project Code SUP2023184, is designed to significantly improve road safety, ease traffic congestion, and enhance access to key parts of Damaturu, including the Yobe State University community.

Officials said the intervention reflects the Federal Government’s commitment to upgrading critical road infrastructure and supporting socio-economic activities in the North-East.
