In a bold move to support the nation’s healthcare workforce, the Federal Government has announced plans to construct 10,000 housing units exclusively for healthcare workers. This initiative, described as a landmark project, aims to address the housing challenges faced by doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals.

The project will be executed under the Renewed Hope Housing Scheme, targeting affordable, modern, and accessible accommodations in strategic locations across the country. According to government officials, the initiative is part of efforts to improve welfare packages for healthcare workers and boost morale in the sector.

“Healthcare workers are the backbone of our nation, and they deserve the best. This project is a testament to our commitment to their well-being,” a top government official stated.
