Nasir El-Rufai, former governor of Kaduna State, stands firm against recent allegations, asserting his administration’s integrity and honesty.
This follows the Kaduna State House of Assembly’s adoption of an ad-hoc committee’s report investigating his tenure.
In a statement via his media aide, Muyiwa Adekeye, El-Rufai expressed pride in his governance record, dismissing the committee’s findings as politically motivated.
“We affirm the integrity of the El-Rufai government and dismiss the scandalous claims,” Adekeye relayed.
El-Rufai emphasized his administration’s consistent high performance and compliance with all laws, condemning the probe as a “politically motivated hatchet job.”
