Dangote Refinery Fire Contained: No Harm, No Halt

In a brief incident today, Dangote Refinery reported a minor fire at its effluent treatment plant.

The fire, swiftly contained by the refinery’s emergency response team, posed no threat to overall operations or personnel safety.

Anthony Chiejina, Group Chief Branding & Communications Officer, reassured the public, stating,

“There is no cause for alarm as the refinery is operating and there is no recorded injury or body harm to any of our staff on duty.
