Director General, Press and Media Affairs to Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni, Mamman Mohammed, has announced via his official X account that the long-anticipated Damaturu Overhead Bridge and Underpass project is now ready for full commencement.
According to Mamman, following recent technical adjustments and remodeling, all is set for work to begin on the transformative road network, which is expected to ease traffic congestion and modernize urban mobility in the state capital.
He emphasized that the project reflects Governor Buni’s commitment to infrastructure development and urban renewal in Yobe, promising residents a new chapter of seamless transportation in Damaturu.
