CP Unveils Plan for Stronger Security in Katsina

The Commissioner of Police, Katsina State Command, CP Aliyu Abubakar Musa, orchestrated a strategic meeting with area commanders, divisional police officers (DPOs), and heads of tactical units to discuss and implement reforms aimed at fortifying internal security measures across the state.

The session delved into assessing the existing security architecture, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering collaboration to combat emerging security challenges effectively.

CP Aliyu stressed the critical importance of adaptability in addressing evolving security threats, urging senior commanders to reshape the security framework proactively.

The comprehensive restructuring plan includes initiatives to streamline communication channels, enhance intelligence sharing, and implement targeted training programmes for personnel. This collaborative effort aims to fortify the security apparatus, engender public trust, and uphold the rule of law.
