School Children across the seventeen Local Government in Yobe State returns to School after observing six weeks vacation which came to an end on Monday.
The School resumption signalling the beginning of the first term of a new Session 2025/2026 Academic Year Calendar.
In an efforts to ensure smooth take-up the Education Secretary of the Nguru LGEA, Alh. Hamisu Ado mobilises team of Schools supervisors and School Support Officers, (SSO) to go round in order to enforce compliance.
While interacting with one of the Stakeholder as per as Education is concerned, Col. AT Adeuti, Commanding Officer, 241 Reece Model Battalion Nguru.
Adeuti Promised to offer anything humanly possible to support the growth and development of the battalion’s Children as well as Nguru general area through the provision of affordable and qualitative Basic and Secondary Education.
Responding, Mallam Hamisu Ado appreciated all the efforts put in place by the Commanding Officer.
Adding ” from our part Yobe State Universal Basic Education Board ( SUBEB ), under the Leadership of it’s Chairman, Alh. Umaru Hassan Babayo, the Nguru LGEA will continue to intervene by providing all the supports needed by the Army Children Schools”.
