The Executive Chairman of Bauchi state Universal Basic Education Board SUBEB Alhaji Adamu Muhammad Duguri, has called on stakeholders from Ganjuwa local government area especially the eleven indigenous professors of the area to contribute their quota in supporting state government enrollment, retention and completion campaign drive in the state.
The Chairman who was on enrollment drive along with his executives in Ganjuwa gave the advice when he took the enrollment campaign at Zara community in Ganjuwa local government area.
Alhaji Adamu Duguri Chairman also commended professors from Dambam local government area for supporting the development of education from the area.
The Chairman Subeb says Governor Bala Mohammed is committed in ensuring that every child in the state acquires qualitative knowledge and good moral conduct to better their further.
He said the state government has given top priority to Education by engaging the support of traditional leaders hence the need for parents to join in the crusade to achieve the set objectives.
In their separate remarks, the UBEC Zonal Secretary of Northeast Alhaji Abdullahi Shehu Jarman Katagum, thea SUBEB Director of Mobilisation, Alhaji Baba Mohammed Gidado , professor Zubairu Madaki among others emphasized the importance of education to foster development in the society and call on traditional leaders particularly district head and relevant bodies as well as parents and guardians to ensure children and wards are enrolled in schools.
The Chairman of Ganjuwa local government area Alhaji Mohammed Idris Miya thanks Governor Bala Mohammed for his developmental projects and protection of lives and properties across the state.
The chairman also commended the effort of governor Bala Mohammed to improve education in the state and pledged his readiness to support the governor’s led administration to succeed.
Alhaji Mohammed concluded by thanking the Executive Chairman of SUBEB for his tireless commitment towards improving Basic Education in Bauchi state particularly the enrollment retention and completion campaign drive.
