In an update from Garba Shehu’s X account, former President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Maiduguri, Borno State, warmly welcomed by Governor Babagana Zulum, Senator Ali Ndume, and other top officials.
The former president, returning from vacation, is in Maiduguri to personally offer condolences to the Shehu of Borno and the people of the state after recent catastrophic floods.
Buhari’s visit underscores his solidarity with Borno’s communities as they recover from this tragic disaster.
