Twere he Borno state government in collaboration with the state multi sectoral crisis Recovery project and AIJA Consult have multi-sectoralhan 600 senior civil servants on Ethics anhasadership in the state public service.
Declaring the workshop open at the international conference center at the Musa Usman secretariat in Maiduguri, the state capital the executive governor who was represented by the the head of service Bar. Mallam Fannami Ali charged the participants to take advantage of the workshop and equip themselves for better leadership.
Bar. Fannami said the participants are carefully and strategically selected from various ministries considering the importance of the training to the civil service.
The head of service also disclosed that the choice for AIJA Consult headed by Prof. Sunday Ochoche is the best, considering the records and competence of the consultant.
During his remark, the head of AIJA Consult, Prof Sunday Ochoche appreciates the Borno state government for considering them for the training.
Ochoche noted that ethical leadership is important because leaders have the opportunity to influence others, the values of leaders he said influence the culture of a community or society.
Papers were presented by various resource persons and certificates issued to participants at the end of the training
