Borno Police Aid 500+ Residents with Free Health Services

In a bid to boost post-disaster recovery efforts, the Borno State Police Command, under the leadership of Commissioner of Police ML Yusufu, has launched a medical outreach at Mashimami Barracks, Maiduguri.

Initiative aims to enhance the health and safety of police personnel and the surrounding community, offering critical medical services and education on disaster risk reduction.

The outreach program, which includes free consultations, health screenings, and hygiene education, is expected to benefit over 500 residents.

Humanitarian effort also saw the National POWA President, Dr. Mrs. Elizabeth Egbetokun, donate medications and relief materials to victims of recent floods in Borno.

Borno Police Command encourages residents of Mashimami Barracks to take full advantage of the free services provided.
