The National Assembly moved a step closer to bolstering technical education in Nigeria as a bill to establish a Federal College of Education (Technical) in Faskari, Katsina State, passed its second reading in the House of Representatives.

Hon Shehu Dalhatu Tafoki, representing Faskari/Kankara/Sabuwa Federal Constituency, championed the bill, emphasizing its potential to enhance educational opportunities in Katsina and the broader North West Zone.
