BAUCHI STATE MUSLIM PILGRIMS WELFARE BOARD TO START COLLECTING THIS YEARS HAJJ DEPOSIT

The Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board is glad to inform the General public particularly the 2023 Muslim intending pilgrims that His Excellency Governor Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad, Kauran Bauchi CON has approved for the commencement of this year Hajj and Umra registration excercise.
The Sum of One Million Five Hundred (N1,500,000) to Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N2,500,000) has been approved as 2023 hajj deposit pending the announcement of final fare by National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON and the sum of One Million Naira (1.000.000) is also considered as the minimum deposit for this year’s Ramadan Umra.
A Press Release by the Board’s spokesman Muhammad Sani Yunusa on behalf of the Executive Secretary says
prospective depositors are advised to come to the Board’s Secretariat situated along Adamu Jumba Road fir the collection of Umra deposit Teller.
The Board has also scheduled Wednesday 25th to Saturday 28th January for issuance of the Hajj deposit Bank Tellers to intending pilgrims while Wednesday 1st – Saturday 4th February for the submission of Bank Teller’s copies to obtain an official receipts at the Board or Headquarters of all Local Government Council’s in the state, as there would be no proxy.
All intending Hajj and Umra pilgrims in the state are expected to cooperate maximally in order to ensure a hitch free Hajj operation.
