Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed, has described Bauchi state as business-friendly under his administration.
He made the declaration while exchanging views with a delegation of Chinese business investors who came to Bauchi to open an economic business partnership with Bauchi State Government.
The delegation, headed by Mr. Lee Zencheng, Chairman of Global and Evaluation, expressed their eagerness to collaborate with Nigeria, especially Bauchi State in boosting key economic sectors.
Mr. Zencheng mentioned that China and Nigeria, under the current government, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance investment opportunities between both countries.
He lauded Governor Mohammed for the hospitality extended to his team.
Governor Mohammed while welcoming the Chinese delegation’s interest in Bauchi State, stated that their initiative aligns with his government’s development agenda. He assured the investors of a secure business environment and promised to adopt best practices to ensure the success of joint projects.
He emphasized the vast investment potential in sectors like agriculture, mining, education, and human capital development, inviting more partnerships to drive economic growth in the state.
