The Commissioner of Police, Akwa Ibom State Command, CP Baba Mohammed Azare, fsi, has extended warm felicitations to Governor Umo Eno and the people of Akwa Ibom as the state celebrates its 38th anniversary of creation.
In a goodwill message on behalf of officers and men of the Command, CP Azare described the milestone as a product of resilience, hard work, and the unity of Akwa Ibom people.
“Over the past 38 years, Akwa Ibom has transformed into a beacon of progress and development, earning its rightful place as a leading state in our nation. We are proud to be part of this success story, contributing to the peace and security that underpin this remarkable growth,” he said.
The Police Chief reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to safeguarding lives and property while sustaining the enabling environment for peace and development. He also lauded the State Government and citizens for their continued support and cooperation in maintaining law and order.
“As we celebrate this joyous occasion, we pray for continued peace, prosperity, and greater achievements for Akwa Ibom State,” CP Azare added.
