Katsina state government

Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), has taken a decisive step towards dropping charges against 32 minors who recently appeared before Justice Obiora Egwuatu at the Federal High Court in Abuja. Representing all 119 defendants in the case, attorney Marshall Abubakar revealed that efforts to dismiss charges against the minors could conclude this week, following a directive from the AGF for the case file’s immediate transfer.
