The Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), Katsina State chapter, and the Malumfashi Development Association (MADA) have jointly appealed for urgent humanitarian support to victims of the recent bandits’ attack in Mantau community, Malumfashi Local Government Area of Katsina State.
In a statement released Thursday, and signed by ACF Chairman, Alhaji Shehu Musa Dankano, and MADA Chairman, Alhaji Salisu Bawa, the two bodies urged well-meaning individuals, groups, and corporate organisations to contribute towards rebuilding the lives of affected families.
According to the statement, the initiative aims to provide food, clothing, medical items, building materials, and other essential relief materials to bereaved families and injured victims.
“This is our own way of community service—to identify, commiserate, and demonstrate our brother’s keeper duty to the affected community,” the statement read.

They further appealed for wide publicity of the support fund, describing it as a “gigantic humanitarian project” to help restore hope to Mantau victims.
“We pray that Almighty Allah SWT rewards you abundantly, prevents and protects us, and brings an end to this calamity in our state and the nation at large,” the statement concluded.
