Salisu’s journey through the civil service epitomizes diligence, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the ideals of good governance and public service.
Salisu Abdu, the Permanent Secretary of Cabinet and Security in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of Katsina State, is not just a civil servant; he is a shining example of what the civil service should represent.
