The Kano State Government has been honored with the prestigious title of the best performing state in policy implementation by the esteemed National Council on Education.
The accolade, bestowed upon the state by the National Council on Education, was gratefully received by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf during a state Executive council meeting held at the Council chamber at Government House on Thursday.
The notable award stands as a testament to the exemplary efforts of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s administration in effectively executing policies since assuming leadership.
The recognition serves as a commendation of the dedication and commitment shown by the government towards policy implementation, encouraging a continued focus on achieving excellence.
The remarkable achievement of the State Government has also attained approval for the reversion of Sa’adatu Rimi Varsity to the College of Education.
”This strategic move is expected to further enhance educational standards and quality within the state.
The State Government expresses its deep gratitude to the National Council on Education for the significant recognition and reaffirms its unwavering commitment to advancing policies that positively impact the state’s development.
Similerly In a prestigious event held at the Corronation to mark the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano state was conferred with the Humanitarian Grand Champion award by the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs in collaboration with the Aminu Magashi Foundation.
The Programme which was organized by the state Ministry of Humanitarian and Poverty Eradication in partnership with the Dr. Aminu Magashi Humanitarian Foundation.
The organizers of the event expressed their admiration for Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s dedication to poverty eradication and efforts to alleviate the hardships faced by the community.
The Deputy Governor Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, who represented Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf at the ceremony, described the award as well-deserved and a testament to the Governor’s commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of the people of Kano State.
