The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, KN Nandap, has extended warm congratulations to Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmad, Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Interior, following his prestigious turbaning as Dujiman Katsina.
In her message, delivered by DCGI M T Umar, Nandap praised Hon. Abdullahi’s exceptional contributions to his Musawa/Matazu Federal Constituency, Katsina State, and Nigeria at large.
The historic ceremony, held on September 21 at the Emir’s Palace in Katsina, also saw the turbaning of Deputy Governor Farouk Jobe as Sarkin Fulani Jobe, and Jabir Tsauri, Chief of Staff to the Governor, as Lamidon Katsina.
Emir of Katsina, Dr. Abdulmumini Kabir Usman, presided over the event, which drew dignitaries, including Governor Radda, former Governor Aminu Masari, and members of the National Assembly, in a grand display of cultural honor and recognition.
