The Pdp working Committee has assured Governor Bala Muhammad the current Chairman of PDP Governor’s forum of its support to the Party.
The support was assured when the working Committee paid a visit to Governor Bala Muhammad on Tuesday, while emphasizing its total support to Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s leadership of the Rivers State People ‘s Democratic Party.
The Chairman Governor’s forum further stressed that the PDP’s Constitution recognizes only Governor’s as the lawful leaders of the Party at the States level and that Rivers State is no an exception to that.
The meeting also addressed the internal wranglings within the PDP in Rivers in which Governor Bala promised to look into the criss with a view to solving the problems.
Part of the resolution reached at the end include the selection of of the next PDP leadership to come from the North Central Geopolitical Zone.
A call to Nigerians to continue supporting the Party’s Developmental projects over the years they were in power and the unanimous support for Governor Fubara’s leadership in Rivers.
Governor Mohammed’s endorsement reinforces the PDP’s dedication to unity and progress. The party remains committed to working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive development and prosperity in Nigeria.
