Radda Grieves Over Death of Ex-NTA Katsina Staff

Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has expressed grief over the death of Mrs. Balaraba Abdullahi.

Aged 52, Mrs. Abdullahi, a former staff of the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, Katsina between 2003 and 2007, died on Wednesday, in an auto crash along Kano-Katsina highway.

She also worked with NTA Daura, Gusau and later NTA Hausa in Abuja, before retiring in 2021.

Governor Radda, in a condolence message, said: “The demise of Malama Balaraba Abdullahi, a quintessential broadcast journalist, is a tragic loss to her immediate family and the entire people of Katsina State.

“She left an indelible mark in her brief sojourn on earth. May Allah (S.W.T) grant her His mercies, pardon her wrongdoings, and make Jannatul Firdaus her eternal abode, in the hereafter. Ameen”.
