A federal high court in Abuja has dismissed the N1 billion lawsuit filed by Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the banned Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), against the federal government and the Department of State Services (DSS).
Judge James Omotosho ruled that Kanu failed to provide convincing evidence of his claims that his fundamental rights were violated.
The court found no proof that DSS personnel prevented Kanu from meeting his legal team or monitored their discussions.
