The announcement came amidst the grandeur of the maiden Nigeria Police Housing Summit at the prestigious Nicon Luxury Hotel in Abuja.

Shehu Usman Osidi, the dynamic Managing Director of FMBN, unveiled this game-changing commitment, representing the esteemed Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Dangiwa.

The N100 billion off-taker guarantee will catalyze a consortium of developers, ensuring the smooth execution of this monumental project.

Moreover, FMBN’s dedication doesn’t end there—it plans to extend mortgage loans to the off-takers once these dream homes are completed, promising a brighter future for countless Nigerians.

The Renewed Hope Cities and Estates Programme is not just about numbers; it’s a vision for vibrant communities.

Phase One alone will see the creation of 50,000 housing units, strategically distributed across Nigeria.

The rollout continues with upcoming groundbreaking events nationwide, including 2,500 Renewed Hope City units in Ibeju-Lekki Coastal City, Lagos, and a 500-housing unit Renewed Hope Estate in Kano.

From the lush greens of Ogun to the cultural richness of Sokoto, every corner of Nigeria will witness the dawn of Renewed Hope.

With such bold initiatives, the dream of owning a home is no longer a distant fantasy—it’s a tangible reality, powered by FMBN’s unwavering commitment to building brighter futures for all Nigerians.
