The Founder and President of MAAUN Group of Universities, Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo has expressed deep shock over the passing away of Pa Sunday Solomon Aleshinloye.
Late Pa Alesh as he was fondly called, passed away at the age of 80 in his hometown Ilesha, Osun State.
The condolence message was contained in a statement personally signed by Prof. Gwarzo and made available to newsmen in Kano on Monday.
Prof. Gwarzo described the death of Pa Alesh as a great loss not only to his immediate family, but to the entire Ilesha community.
He also described the deceased as humble, kind hearted and devoted Christian who had respect for all people he came across with.
“On behalf of myself and the Management of MAAUN Group of Universities, I wish to extend our condolences to his wife, children as well as relatives and friends of the deceased.
“The Management of the universities wishes to also commiserate with Mrs. Folashade Olanike Tijani, the wife of Professor Hakeem Ibikunle Tijani over the demise of Pa Alesh,” Prof. Gwarzo said.
He prayed that the deceased’s family will have the emotional courage to bear the huge loss.
The deceased who was a pioneer road safety volunteer Marshall in the then Oyo State, was also a design and paint architectural master as well as a businessman.
Late Pa Alesh who left behind one wife and four children, including Mrs Folashade Olanike Tijani, the wife of Prof. Hakeem Ibikunle Tijani would be buried on May 11th at his house in Ilesha, Osun State.
